Sheringham Shoal

Sheringham Shoal's j-tubes, bellmouths and maintenance platform sections bent by Kersten Europe.

17 km off the Nortfolk coast is the Sheringham Shoal Wind Farm located. The 88 wind turbines are placed on monopile foundations fixed to the seabed and cover an area of 36 km². The total capacity is 317 MW, enough to supply 220.000 households with clean energy.

The wind farm is fully operational by late summer 2012.
