Tour Odéon

Tour Odéon

At one of the most exclusive spots at the Mediterranean coast line a double-skyscraper is currently being built. The Tour Odéon in Monte Carlo, in the Principality of Monaco, is the first high-rise building in the city-state to be built since the 1980s.

Tour Odéon is a 170 meters high building with 49 floors. There are 10 subterranean levels with 543 parking spaces. There are retail shops, offices and business center inside the building as well as a wellness center including spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool.

Each floor of the Tour Odéon offers a breathtaking panorama over the Mediterranean sea and the Principality. It houses 259 residences, including 70 for-sale private luxurious apartments, two Sky Duplex apartments of 1,200 m² each and one Sky Penthouse of 3,300 m² over 5 floors.

It is a visionary project and only affordable for the wealthy elite. According to Forbes-May ’13, the sky penthouse is estimated at roughly $387 million USD.

All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant private panoramic terraces with top quality sliding windows.

Delivery is scheduled by December 2014
